Great restaurants do not always have a focus on coffee. Here at Lyle's you can eat very handsomely and conclude your meal with a jaw-dropping espresso. With plenty of space to sit and enjoy food the restaurant has an inviting interior perfect for a long lunch or catch up dinner with friends. Lyle's serves beans from Sweden's Koppi and Belleville in Paris, plus rotating guests. They challenge how restaurants deliver coffee. To enhance Lyle's innovative menu, they have introduced The Guest Series, developed to enhance the food offering. Head chef James Lowe explains; "I believe that a restaurant should never stand still. We are looking to constantly evolve. The guest series gives us an opportunity to see British produce in a new light". Each dinner in the series will showcase some of the most talented chefs from around the world, bringing the world's best restaurants to Lyle's.
